Fire protection requires great equipment and well-trained personnel. Katie will prioritize budgeting for equipment replacement and personnel training.

Police

Katie feels blessed to raise her family in a safe community, however that safety is dependent on adequate workforce in law enforcement. She will work to improve efficiency in the police department to be able to compensate officers for retention and recruitment.

Street

City streets require continual maintenance, especially in winter weather conditions. Katie not only supports snow removal improvements and efficiency, but she also believes in long-term planning for all transportation needs.

Water

The protection of life and property can depend on water supply. Katie supports the updating and development of water storage for quality, volume, and pressure.
